A Government Issued Photo Identification for anyone 18 years old and over is required
Check in 40 minutes prior to flight departure time
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
Unclaimed seats can be sold 20 minutes prior to flight time
On all scheduled service flights: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure. Within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
Baggage allowance: 25 lbs guaranteed. Additional baggage weight is available based on space, with a charge of $3 per pound.
