Description

Embark on an 8-day adventure through the Canadian Rockies and southern British Columbia. Explore iconic parks such as Banff, Jasper, and Yoho, hike majestic mountains, swim in crystal-clear lakes, chase waterfalls, and spot wildlife. Visit Whistler, famous for hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics, and experience the thrill of optional activities. Day 1: Vancouver to Kelowna Start by heading east through the Fraser Valley. Stop at Bridal Veil Falls, explore the Cascade Mountains, and visit Lightning Lake in EC Manning Provincial Park. Enjoy paddleboarding (seasonal) on Skaha Lake in Penticton. Dinner is at Kekuli Café, featuring Indigenous-inspired cuisine. Day 2: Kelowna to Lake Louise After a visit to Frind Estate Winery for pastries and vineyard views, travel through four national parks and cross three mountain ranges. Optional kayaking on Lake Revelstoke is available. Visit Craigellachie, where the Last Spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven. End the day at the iconic Lake Louise, nestled in the Rockies. Day 3: Lake Louise to Icefields Parkway Explore the famous blue lakes of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake (seasonal). Drive along the Icefields Parkway, with stops at Crowfoot Glacier, Peyto Lake, and Mistaya Canyon. Keep an eye out for wildlife like bears and moose. Stay at a rustic wilderness hostel, where you can enjoy a campfire, sauna, and a home-cooked dinner. Day 4: Icefields Parkway to Banff Visit Jasper National Park, starting at Big Bend Lookout with views of the North Saskatchewan River. Hike to the Athabasca Glacier (conditions permitting), visit Sunwapta Falls, and explore Athabasca Falls. The day ends in Banff, an iconic mountain town. Day 5: Banff Free Day Spend the day as you like in Banff. You can hike, explore local breweries and restaurants, or take part in optional activities such as whitewater rafting, canoeing, or mountain biking. Your guide will help you choose the best activities. Day 6: Banff to Revelstoke Depart the Rockies for Revelstoke. Along the way, visit Takakkaw Falls (seasonal), Emerald Lake, and the Natural Bridge. In Revelstoke, experience the Aerial Adventure Park or ride the Pipe Mountain Coaster for an adrenaline rush. Relax and share stories in the evening. Day 7: Revelstoke to Whistler Travel from Revelstoke to Whistler, a world-class resort town known for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Enjoy stunning landscapes and the majestic Coast Mountains. In the evening, experience Whistler's vibrant nightlife, with lively bars and clubs. Day 8: Whistler to Vancouver On the final day, travel the scenic Sea to Sky Highway to Vancouver. Visit the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre in Whistler to learn about local Indigenous heritage. Stop at the Stawamus Chief and Brandywine Falls, then continue along Burrard Inlet for breathtaking views of the coastal mountains and ocean. The tour concludes in Vancouver, where you’ll say goodbye to your fellow travelers.
