• Passenger(s) must be able to walk up into the seaplane without assistance If travelling • A government-issued photo ID is required for guests aged 18 years and older • Check in 40 minutes prior to the flight departure. • Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare. A no show fee of 100% will be charged 20 minutes prior to flight departure on unclaimed seats; any return portion will be automatically canceled • Unclaimed seats can be sold 20 minutes prior to flight time If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure. • On all scheduled service flights: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure. Within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
• Baggage allowance: 25 lbs guaranteed. Additional baggage weight is available based on space, with a charge of $3 per pound.
